1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZeozTime, a service that enables users to create, schedule, and send voice and video messages delivered via email for business and personal use (the Service).


ZeozTime is a Zeoz-branded application operated by Print Management Information Systems Ltd.


Print Management Information Systems Ltd. (PMIS, we, us, our) is responsible for operating the Service.


By accessing or using ZeozTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Branding and Legal Entity Clarification

"Zeoz" is a brand and product name used by Print Management Information Systems Ltd.

References to Zeoz do not indicate a separate legal entity unless expressly stated in writing.


All contractual, legal, and data protection obligations under these Terms are assumed by Print Management Information Systems Ltd.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must:


  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and current account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Description of the Service

ZeozTime allows users to:


  • Record or upload voice and video messages
  • Schedule immediate or future delivery
  • Deliver messages to recipient email addresses provided by the user

The Service facilitates delivery, not receipt, playback, or response, and does not guarantee message availability, timing, or engagement.

5. User Responsibilities (Critical Section)

You are solely responsible for:


  1. Having a lawful basis to contact recipients by email
  2. Ensuring compliance with applicable privacy, data protection, and electronic communications laws
  3. Ensuring that message content is lawful, accurate, and appropriate
  4. Managing recipient lists, consent, and opt-out mechanisms where required

PMIS does not determine the legality of your communications and does not provide legal or compliance advice.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:


  • Send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or abusive content
  • Violate privacy, data protection, or electronic messaging laws
  • Misrepresent identity or impersonate others
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Interfere with system integrity or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Message Content

You retain ownership of all message content (voice and video) you upload or record.


By using the Service, you grant PMIS a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.


PMIS does not routinely monitor content, except where necessary for:


  • Technical operation or troubleshooting
  • Abuse prevention
  • Legal or regulatory compliance

8. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment.


  • Fees are disclosed prior to purchase
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Pricing may change with prior notice.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:


  • Breach these Terms
  • Use the Service unlawfully or abusively
  • Create legal, regulatory, or security risk

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service (excluding user content) is owned by or licensed to Print Management Information Systems Ltd.


You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available.


We do not guarantee:


  • Delivery timing or success
  • Recipient access or playback
  • Legal compliance of user communications
  • Continuous or error-free operation

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Management Information Systems Ltd. shall not be liable for:


  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill
  • Claims arising from user content or recipient communications

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print Management Information Systems Ltd. from claims, damages, fines, or penalties arising from:


  • Your use of the Service
  • Your message content
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws

14. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with:


  • The ZeozTime Privacy Policy
  • The GDPR / UK GDPR Appendix
  • The Data Processing Addendum (for business users)

15. Future Corporate Restructuring (Future-Safe Clause)

Print Management Information Systems Ltd. may, in the future, transfer the operation of ZeozTime or the Zeoz brand to a related entity, subsidiary, or successor company. In such event:


  1. user rights under applicable law will remain unchanged;
  2. personal data will continue to be protected in accordance with applicable policies;
  3. users will be notified where legally required; and
  4. the successor entity will assume relevant contractual and data protection obligations.

Such transfer shall not require renewed consent where permitted by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
